Step 1: Go to the request a meeting link and provide us with just enough information so we can determine the best Member Advisor to contact you.
Step 2: You will be contacted by the appropriate team member within 48 hours to make the best arrangements to meet with you.
Step 3: The initial MBAN team will work with you to understand your goals and objectives as well as any challenges you have identified. We will address any business life cycle from start up, through growth, maturity, and finally the exit from your business.
Step 4: From the initial discussions, the MBAN team will develop an outline of strategies to improve your business along with a list of MBAN Member Advisors who are ready to assist.
Step 5: MBAN Member Advisors can consult on a one-time occasion or they can play a more active role, offering recurrent advice sessions.
Beyond that high level review, the rest is up to you. The initial consultation, either by phone or in person, is no cost to you and you are not obligated to hire any advisor. However, you are encouraged to request from the selected advisor(s) some additional time talking about goals and the history of the business, visiting the premises, meeting with employees, reviewing records, etc.
Each MBAN Member Advisor is an independent business owner with experience that they can apply to identifying potential areas of concern, solving problems, and guiding businesses through expansion and growth. If there is a specific area of concern, the business advisor is prepared to focus on it and provide you with a proposal to address suggested services.
